Athlete Summer Program
This is a program that will improve your athlete's strength, speed, vertical jump, power & overall athleticism. It is designed by performance specialists and guided by Doctors of Physical Therapy. Past participants have all increased speed, strength & vertical jump. Is your athlete ready to level up over their competition?
Program Quick Information:

Strength, speed & jump testing on first and last day to track improvement

Mentor program pairing older athletes with younger athletes to guide, motivate, and support development.

Book 1-on-1 sessions with a licensed Physical Therapist (additional cost) for personalized injury prevention, recovery, and performance support.

All participants must provide their physical examination records and any dietary restrictions on the first day of training

Parents are welcome to join our adult class at 6 PM before the session at no additional cost.
We're here to help athletes improve performance and continue to develop their foundation of athleticism in all sports.
Most sports have plenty of time spent in both practice and games where athletes will work on explosiveness, reactive strength and speed (all good things). However, that practice time neglects building foundational strength and, most importantly, workload capacity.
If you take away the bases of foundational strength and workload capacity, an athlete's pyramid of performance is much smaller, creating a higher risk for injury and limiting top end performance potential. At MACFit Athletics, we're all about simulating the collegiate & professional weight room experience with high level performance training programs every athlete will need to do in college and beyond.
