Online personal training enables you to work virtually with a fitness professional to help you reach your fitness goals. We provides you with a workout plan, nutrition coaching, and motivation and accountability through our app. 



Connect with a personal trainer for a month to month online personal training plan. You will receive customized workouts every week, key training tips, warm-up, cool downs, full ab routines, a uniquely designed workout every time you step in the gym and access to our Facebook community. Also includes weekly check in’s , one-on-one coaching access and accountability, with weekly adjustments as needed, and access to MACFit Athletics Meal Reference Guide
